    What protection ratings do noax hygiene PCs offer?
    noax hygiene PCs in the Steel series are certified with a protection rating of up to IP69K—the highest industrial protection rating for electronic devices. Depending on requirements, the devices are available in protection classes IP66 and IP69K, and are externally tested and certified.
    Are the devices suitable for GMP cleanrooms and FDA requirements?
    noax industrial PCs meet all requirements for use in chemical and pharmaceutical laboratories as well as in industrial food production. The film-on-film-glass touchscreen also offers maximum safety in hygienic production with regard to HACCP and IFS.
    Which cleaning agents are approved for the devices?
    The devices can be thoroughly cleaned, whether with hot water, high-pressure water, or strong disinfectants such as acids and alkalis. The industrial-grade surfaces are specially hardened and resistant to a wide range of chemicals and cleaning agents.
    Who handles installation and commissioning?
    You can easily handle the installation and commissioning yourself. Our documentation includes many helpful tips. If you have any questions, our service department will be happy to assist you.
    How long is the warranty, and what is the availability of replacement parts?
    noax industrial PCs come with a 2-year warranty, which can be extended to 5 years. In addition, we place great importance on long-term availability of replacement parts to ensure the continuous operation of your systems. This guarantees investment security and long-term usability.
    Are test units or a demo available?
    Yes. noax will provide you with test units upon request. This allows you to test the industrial PCs under real-world conditions in your production environment.
    What should I do in case of technical failures or defects?
    Our customer service team provides fast and competent support for technical questions, malfunctions, or defects. In the event of a service request, we assist you with fault analysis, repair, or replacement.
